On Saturday December 2, 2006 Medina DeMolay posted the colors, pulled the chairs and served the Dinner for the Medina Lodge #58 Installation.  The boys prepared for the day by spending 3 hours cleaning at the temple the night before to help keep our temple in good shape.  At the opening of the Installation the boys posted the colors in fine fashion reminding us all of our patriotism.  Then as the officers were installed the boys removed their chairs uncovering the carpeted masonic emblem on the floor donated by the boys.  After the installation the boys served and cleaned up the dinner they had prepared and everyone enjoyed the meal.

From the Master Councilor: Adam Marshall

Hey guys,

I just wanted to say good job on the degree. I am glad that we are initiating so many members this term, so keep it up. Recently we have had the breakfast with Santa at WRMC and that was cold but fun. Also, we served a dinner for the Medina lodge and we received over $300 profit for that fundraiser.  If you guys have any questions just call me or Dad Shuler and we will try to get those answered for you as soon as possible.

From the Senior Councilor: Stewart Kilkenny

Fundraising has been going well this term, however, our costs have also risen, so we need to keep raising funds.  We do have a couple things in the works, but I will have more information on those at our next meeting.

From the Junior Councilor: Tim Williams

Brothers, I am sorry to announce that due to my need to devote more of my time to my school work, I will not be seeking to move on to  Senior Councilor next term.  I will try my best to fill my duties as Junior Councilor for the rest of this term.

District Bowling by: Dad Shuler

District bowling has ended and once again the Medina team finished in first place.  The formal announcement will come at Awards Night in July.

Family bowling was a great time.  Our chapter had 15 people there to enjoy the day!

From your Sweetheart

by: Brittani Carpenter

I just wanted to start off by thanking all of the boys for electing me as Medina's Sweetheart. It's going to be a very fun year! Bowling was the first DeMolay event I went to as sweetheart, and as encouragement to the boys, I told them that I would eat a container of peppers for every game they bowled over 200.But there was a catch to that, when they bowled under 200, they had to eat peppers as well. Well, I'm proud to say that I had to eat a container, and there are pictures to prove it. Good job boys! I'm looking forward to many more chances to challenge them. I'm also very excited for the events we have coming up in the next few months. I hope to see everyone there!
